Eric Bouchard, Chief Financial Officer at Axiom, brings 25 years of business and finance experience across various industries. Before joining Axiom, he spent five years as CFO of Nestlé Health Sciences, where his expertise was instrumental in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, contributing to NHSc’s growth and profitability. Previously, Bouchard was CFO of Atrium Innovations, where he was a key contributor to the sales process from the private equity and subsequent integration into NHSc. Prior to his nine years spent at NHSc/Atrium, Bouchard had also served almost a decade at Bombardier. His experience also includes Quebecor, Alcan, and KPMG. Eric holds an MBA, and is a certified CPA, CPA-CA, and CFA.

Andy is the Chief Marketing Officer of Axiom Law. He brings more than 25 years of marketing experience across a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, and cybersecurity. Previously, Andy was CMO for Innovaccer, a leading healthcare technology company, and C3.ai, a leading software company in the enterprise AI space. Prior to C3.ai, Andy was Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications at McKesson, a leading provider of healthcare services and information technology. Andy holds a BA from Carleton College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Andy’s personal passions include fitness, gender pay equity, dogs, and pickleball.

Catherine Kemnitz is Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Axiom. Throughout her 9-year tenure at Axiom in senior U.S. and international roles, Kemnitz has brought her extensive legal experience to bear across a range of strategic, commercial, corporate, development and operations roles. In her prior role as Chief Legal Officer, Kemnitz led the global Legal & Compliance, Corporate Development, and Corporate Secretary functions. She is known for her strengths in driving strategic growth and high stakes transformation. Throughout her 23-year career, Kemnitz has carved a reputation for successfully delivering innovative operational change strategies in tandem with meeting performance targets and managing risk. She is a recognized thought leader on issues related to innovation in and the transformation of the legal industry. Kemnitz also focuses on cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, DE&I, and talent retention and development.

David McVeigh, Chief Executive Officer at Axiom, has over 30 years of experience in business leadership, management consulting, and private equity portfolio company management. Prior to Axiom, he served as Gartner, Inc.’s Executive Vice President, Global Business Sales, and as a member of its operating committee. There, he led a global sales organization responsible for $650M in revenue of subscription-based research and advisory services. Prior to Gartner, Mr. McVeigh was a Managing Director at Hellman & Friedman, an Operating Partner at The Blackstone Group, and a Partner at McKinsey & Company. David graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). He also holds a master’s degree in Chemical engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lafayette College.

Sara Morgan serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Global Legal Talent at Axiom, leading an international team and network of more than 6,800 lawyers and legal professionals who provide legal services to clients across all major industries and practice areas. She joined the Axiom team in 2009, where she quickly rose through the ranks of leadership after many successes, with most recently leading her team to 24% year over year growth in 2020 as Vice President of North American Sales. She moved into her current role in 2021 and has since considerably expanded the caliber and quantity of Axiom lawyers across the globe, reengineering the team and the way in which Axiom attracts and retains its market-leading, high-caliber talent.
Prior to joining Axiom, Sara was a commercial litigation lawyer acting for major banking and actuarial companies at an international law firm. She graduated with her Bachelor of Laws from Cardiff University and received her LPC from Nottingham law school in 2004.

David Pierce is the Chief Commercial Officer at Axiom. Before joining Axiom in 2010, David was the Chief Executive Officer at Regen, Inc., a venture-backed company co-founded by Apple's first head of industrial design. Prior, he was the GM and General Counsel of THX, Lucasfilm's cinema-focused business, held in-house roles at EFI, a Silicon Valley-based imaging technology company, and spent five years as a corporate law associate with O'Melveny & Myers, where he represented F500 companies in a range of industries. David earned an undergraduate degree from Cornell University in biological sciences, and a Juris Doctor from USC, where he was a managing articles editor on the Law Review. David started his career as a field technician for the State of California, helping farmers grow better and more viral-resistant crops.

Ashlin Quirk is Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Axiom. Prior to joining Axiom, Quirk served as EVP, General Counsel, Privacy Officer & Secretary at Dynata, a multinational data insights company operating in 40 countries around the world, and Privacy and Data Protection Counsel at MasterCard, where she was responsible for ensuring legal compliance with applicable privacy laws in connection with MasterCard’s global marketing initiatives. Quirk earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University.

As Chief Technology Officer, CJ oversees all aspects of Axiom’s technology systems and infrastructure. Under his leadership, Axiom has developed bespoke 2-sided marketplace technology to manage its diverse bench of legal talent and match them to the needs of its global clients.
Prior to Axiom, CJ held leadership positions at Change Healthcare, Microsoft, and 343 Industries. He has 23 granted patents to his name spanning a range of computing topics including AI review of legal contracts, interactive video, social media, and computer networking. He holds MS (2001) and BS (2000) degrees in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, where he was inducted into the Computer Science Hall of Fame in 2022.
