Responsibilities:

• Reviewing marketing collateral, educational, and promotional materials for compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
• Negotiating, drafting and reviewing an extensive range of contracts, including marketing and medical materials.
• Assisting the team with day-to-day and ad-hoc operational matters

Requirements:

• 5+ PQE, with in-house experience highly regarded
• Able to negotiate and draft complex contracts and related documents.
• Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, including product registration, licensing, and promotion.
• Ability to thrive in a large, fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement.
• Understanding and experience in intellectual property and commercialisation on IP.
• Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice law in Australia.
