Banking and Finance Lawyer - Melbourne

We are now seeking a highly skilled banking and finance lawyer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities: 

• Providing comprehensive legal advice to stakeholders on matters related to funds, asset management and general retail banking.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex legal agreements, contracts, and financial documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Proactively identifying potential legal risks.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years PQE, with in-house experience highly regarded.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with superannuation management institutions would be advantageous.
• Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice law in Australia.
