Job Title: Commercial Paralegal**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Paralegal with 2+ years of in-house experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support our commercial legal operations by assisting with contract management, legal research, and various compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analyse relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
- Organize and maintain contract databases and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Support the legal team in preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and facilitate contract execution.
- Monitor changes in legislation affecting the business and communicate implications to the team.
- Assist with dispute resolution and manage documentation related to legal proceedings.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial law and contract management.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience In-house with compliance issues and risk management.
- Familiarity with relevant legal software and contract management systems.
