Our client, a leading investment house with a robust legal team, is seeking a Legal Operations Professional to join for a career forming project. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the legal and IT teams to review and optimise current systems and processes, with the goal to identify areas for automation and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with legal and IT teams to assess existing systems and processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency
- Provide expert insights and recommendations for best practices
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of improvements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 3-year’s proven experience in legal operations or a related field
- Strong understanding of legal technology and processes, automation and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement automation solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Must have full Australian working rights
