What are we looking for?
- Strong exposure to labour and employment law, or a background in human resources.
- Exposure to litigation and contract management, in addition to general legal operations and support.
- Experience liaising with various internal stakeholders.
- Experience undertaking diligence procedures and maintaining files such as forms, templates, interview statements, discovery documents and evidence.
- Experience maintaining management systems and ensuring templates are up to date.
- Ability to assist with additional legal projects.
The ideal candidate:
- Has significant previous legal experience at a top-tier law firm or inhouse within a leading organisation, in a paralegal or junior lawyer capacity.
- Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
- Must be enthusiastic and a team-player with a desire to learn.
- Keen interest in employment law.
