Compliance Consultant (Investigations)

We are currently seeking a Compliance Consultant / Investigator to provide designated long-term support to a top tier multinational corporate at their compliance function:

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct internal investigations and conducted analysis over incidents / business activities / processes and produce investigation reports, and formulate proactive solutions/recommendations
• Design and implement mechanisms and procedures to investigate alleged non-compliance cases under the Ordinance and relevant directives
• Conduct training to staff and management and provide fundamental knowledge on relevant regulations, enforcement actions on organization
• Formulate/Implement corporate policies, guidelines and handbooks
• Management of senior stakeholders and project management
• Handle various tasks relating to ethics and compliance

 Minimum Qualifications:  

• Circa 5 -12 years of relevant investigations and /or compliance experience   
• Sense of urgency combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross functionally  
• Positive mentality and willingness to tackle new challenges
• Fluent Cantonese and English
