Daniel Hayter

Managing Director & Vice President, Europe

Daniel is the European Managing Director and Vice President of Axiom, based out of our London office. He is responsible for the UK, Germany and Switzerland with over 45 staff and 3,900+ lawyers. Prior to his current role, Daniel was the Global Head of Corporate Business Development and Client Services for the world’s leading Expert Network – Guidepoint, where he was responsible for building and retaining revenue for Guidepoint’s corporate business around the world with teams based in 9 locations throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Daniel has also served in senior global leadership roles across the Americas and Europe, including Platts (a division of S&P Global), Dow Jones and Bloomberg.

Esther Gunter

Head of Legal Talent

Esther serves as Axiom’s Head of Legal Talent, where she oversees the hiring, retention and engagement of Axiom’s European legal talent workforce. Before joining Axiom in 2017, she spent the previous 20 years in people-focused roles with various professional services organisations. Under Esther’s leadership, Axiom recruits and employs top legal talent, who are then seconded to in-house legal departments of major corporations throughout the US, EMEA and Asia.

Catherine Pitt

Talent Success Director

Catherine is the European Talent Success Director. She manages our team of Talent Success professionals in the UK and Continental Europe and oversees the management, engagement and retention of 3,900+ lawyers and legal professionals across the UK, Switzerland and Germany. Catherine sits on our Global Talent and Europe Leadership teams and reports in to our Global Head of Talent. She joined Axiom in 2015 from a top-tier London law firm where she practised as an employment lawyer and earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology.

James Wareing

Sales Director

James is a director in the European sales team based in London. Responsible for acquiring, developing and supporting Axiom's valued clients across a breadth of sectors, including life sciences. Prior to this role, James held a number of sales and marketing leadership roles in grocery, consumer electronics and start-up organisations. Outside Axiom, James is a Dad of three boys and a keen cyclist.
