In our first-ever diversity report we share our 2018 diversity statistics around race/ethnicity and gender for our United States-based lawyers and corporate headquarters staff. Highlights from the report include:
- Axiom lawyers are significantly more diverse than industry standards based on data from ABA and NALP
- 53% of Axiom lawyers identify as women
- 30.5% of our US-based lawyers identify as racial or ethnic minorities
