PHOENIX, AZ—October 15, 2024— Axiom Advice & Counsel today announced that Michael A. Fehser has joined the firm as a Partner, immediately expanding the firm’s Private Equity, GC Services, and Transactional Practice. Michael provides practical, business-oriented legal counsel to help private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, venture-backed entities, and closely held businesses navigate a wide range of sophisticated corporate legal matters. Before joining AA&C, he was a member of Am Law100 firm DLA Piper’s Corporate & Securities Group.

Michael holds a J.D., cum laude, from The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he received the CALI Award for Law, Entrepreneurship & Innovation and served as a teaching fellow for 1L contracts courses. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University - Bloomington, graduating from the Hutton Honors College.
